A weeks lodging in Baldwin Michigan and unguided fishing on the world famous Pere Marquette and Baldwin Rivers for Salmon, Brown and Rainbow Trout or Steelhead depending on       the season chosen. The cabin has one bedroom sleeping 2, there are 2 murphy beds in the living room area and 2 more can sleep in the heated garage. The owner, Billy Smith will give         contact info for the caretaker and directions. The cabin IS NOT AVAILABLE THE LAST WEEK in SEPTEMBER.

The drawing for 2008 was held in March 2008 during the Foothills Chapter’s “Hoot on the Hooch.” After the winning ticket has been drawn, 6 more tickets will be drawn for the runner up prizes.

Once again the Dream Trip Raffle was a huge success. This is the only fund raiser the Council has and the twelve chapters join in and offer great support. By all sharing the work, we are able to get a lot done. Special thanks goes to Duane Stalnaker for again taking the lead and for acting as guide for the lucky winner. Also, Mack Martin and Garland Stewart use their talents to produce rods that add so much to the whole package. Jimmy Harris supported the effort with generous donations for fishing
We had eight happy winners this year.
I wish I could give credit to all who sold or bought tickets but we just don't have that information. I know some sold dozens and dozens of tickets and that added so much to the success. Somehow Kathy was able to keep up with all this sales, money and stub, a minor miracle .
